Do you mean movie monologues or something else? A good one is the one that Ysma does on Emporer's New Groove. You could also do the one about the coathanger project from Charlie Brown. I did both of those for monologues in Drama. If you don't want movie monologues, i don't really know any good websites for those. just try googling it. That always works for me!
Check some out in your local library, or write one of your own, they can be extremely entertaining. But it would help me more to further answer your question if I knew what kind of monoyou wanted, do you want a comedy monologue? I found websites for you, these are pretty good!
