How do you handle teenage bullying done on computers/myspace or cellphones?

teens are makeing webpages on popular sites and putting demeaning info. out there about the ones they are bullying. IE; myspace is used by a large percentage of our teens, but it has gotten out of hand how many are makeing pages to hurt the credibility or popularity of these other teens.How do you handle teenage bullying done on computers/myspace or cellphones?

ignore it - honestly its the internet .
Report it to the site owners (MY Space,etc. )as deframation of character and ask them to take it down.
