I have to look for a book to read for my sociology class and i was looking for a good book about high school life and the troubles that teens go through now a days. Anything that has to do with depression, school violence, drug and alcohol abuse, peer pressure, or anything else of that nature would be very helpful. :)What are some good books about teenage life?

omg. the series pretty little liars was incredible. it has everything above!! the first book is pretty little liars, the second book is flawless, the third book is perfect, the fourth book was unbelievable, and the fifth book is wicked. oh yeah, and its by Sara Shepard.
and twilight WAS really good so u should try it. It starts with twilight, then new moon, eclipse, and then my fav out of all four: Breaking dawn.
meg cabot has really good books too like how to be popular and avalon high.
Also the clique series was good by lisi harrison =) hope that helped!!!
